Thank you for shopping with The Charmed Letter. Below you will find information about how orders are processed and shipped.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and prepared in Cornwall, UK.

Some items, including our curated ephemera bundles and handmade pieces, are assembled by hand and may be made to order. Please allow up to 2–5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During high traffic times, it could take up to 7 days.

During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always aim to send orders as promptly as possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. All orders are shipped with standard shipping, untracked. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery timeframes are:

• UK: 2–5 working days

• International: 1–3 weeks depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may experience delays outside of our control.

Customs and International Orders

For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Tracked shipping is recommended for added security, as untracked parcels cannot always be located once dispatched.
